DDUGKY Course: DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) is an initiative for skill and placement of Ministry of Rural Development. The primary goal of DDUGKY Course is to train the rural youth those who are poor and offer them jobs. It helps to improve their livelihoods. By imparting a particular set of skills needed by the people to access better jobs.
This scheme focuses on providing to the occupational aspirations of youth and improving their skills for wage employment.DDUGKY Course plays a critical role to support the socio and economic programs of government such as Digital India, Make In India, and Start-Up India etc. It is mainly focused on candidates in the age group of 18 – 35 years. Those candidates will be trained and placed in jobs with regular wages.
